Seattle is home to some serious, working, big fishing boats. And the weather along the Washington coast, up to and beyond Alaska, creates glorious textures and colors on the sides of these vessels. I wander these industrial areas looking for striking colors against weathered and grunged metal and wood. Seattle’s overcast light makes everything gleam and glow.
